You retain ownership of any power files or data you upload. By uploading a file you grant us a temporary licence to process it for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any rights over your training data. See the Privacy Policy for details of how data is handled.

wbal.io provides analytical tools based on published scientific models. The outputs are intended to support informed decision-making by coaches and athletes, not to replace professional advice. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy of W′bal estimates for any specific individual. Use the outputs as one source of information, not as the sole basis for training or competition decisions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may delete your account at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
